The club hosts one of the regions of the British Disabled Water-ski & Wakeboard Association (BDWWA)and it has very close ties with the National Disabled water-ski centre at Heron near to Heathrow. The club organises two days a months for beginners skiers, when it makes avaiablae many qualified and experienced instructors to assist , plus the club has a full set of extensive adaptive equipment to make the experience most enjoyable.
The specific beginners or improver’s days are the first Saturday and second Tuesday of every month from May through to October (subject to changes when necessary). Its best to book which can be done by either contacting Peter Viney p.viney@aol.com or by calling him on 01202 740470

Our mission is to break down social barriers faced by people with sensory, learning and physical impairments. We aim to do this by challenging the attitudes, perceptions and expectations of society and to improve the lives of people with disabilities by considering their mental well being in issues such as confidence, self esteem and independence. We seek to provide opportunity and a supportive environment, enabling people with disabilities to participate in the sport of water skiing and wake boarding at social, recreational and competitive levels. To enrich the lives and foster better understanding of all disabled water skiers and wakeboarders through inclusion and integration with the wider skiing community.
